Stretch film wrapping equipment

Box sealing equipment

Equipment for packing into heat shrink film

These machines are divided into the following groups:

  • Machines for corner welding: used for packing separate products or their groups, they offer low or medium output;
  • Machines for welding transverse seams only: automatically form the group of products, cover it with the film, the conveyor transports the package through the hot-air tunnel, the film shrinks and closely encrusts the products.
Thermal wax printers

New generation 5800 printers are produced using the Touch Dry Hot Melt technology. These printers can be used for large-scale and high resolution print. The print does not wear away or wash off and is environmentally friendly.

Printer characteristics:

  • HotMelt ink is used for printing on different surfaces,
  • printing speed of up to 182 m/min.,
  • convenient and easy to use touchscreen,
  • may be connected to ERP systems.
Checking scales

Checking scales are dynamic scales which ensure the weight of packaged product.

High-speed checking scales:

  • used for small formats;
  • suitable for weighting boxes, flow-pack packages, bottles and tubes;
  • the weighting system has a double loading chamber;
  • all parts of the machine are made of stainless steel;
  • protection rating: IP65;
  • design complies with FDA-HACCP standards.
Box forming equipment

Box forming is the first stage in the process of secondary packing.

Machines for box forming or folding produce boxes from pre-cut blanks. This can be carried out without the operator – in automated mode, or with operator’s help – in semi-automated mode.
