Flanged roller tracks

The flanged roller track (SP) with a minimum roller pitch of 50 mm helps keep loads properly on the track.

The mini roller track (Nmini) with a pitch of 16/33 and 50 mm is ideal for conveying small loads. The mini roller track is also available with a wheel flange (SPmini).

• This roller system is suitable for conveying cardboard boxes/containers weighing up to 25 kg.
• The rollers are made of shock- and temperature-resistant plastic polypropylene (PP).
• The rollers are installed in galvanized rails.
• 3 mm galvanized round steel axle is used for rollers.
• It is possible to choose tracks of various lengths from 300 to 6500 mm.
• Minimum order quantity 250 pcs./length.
• When ordering, specify the required pitch of the rollers.
• The standard colour of the wheels is yellow.
• Rollers can be used at temperatures from 30 °C to +100 °C. Not resistant to UV rays.
