Top lidding packages

This type of packaging is produced by sealing the top film on the container. Packages may be tightly sealed, easily removed or re-sealable. Different materials are used for different purposes, e.g. PP, PE, PA, PET, cardboard, aluminium, etc. Films can be transparent, white, metallised, withstanding pasteurisation or sterilisation.

Flow-pack packaging

Products are packaged by forming one longitudinal and two transverse welds. To do this, we use horizontal and vertical packaging equipment. Packages are used in food, household chemical products, cosmetics, medicine and many other industries.

Sachets

These are pouch-type packages. They are shaped by sealing on three or four sides. Packages of this type are widely used for grocery products, cosmetics, frozen or dried food products.

Wrap packaging

Wrap packaging is commonly used in dairy industry to package fatty products, such as butter or margarine. Due to high moisture content, such products are highly-susceptible to mould. Product taste and flavour is easily impacted due to absorption of surrounding odours. When affected by light, heat and UV rays, products may easily switch to liquid form.

Thermal packaging

There are two types of heat shrink polyolefin (POF) film: half-sleeve or band. Half-sleeve film is intended for forming closed packages when packing single products and their groups. Band-type film is used for forming closed or partly-closed packages.
