These machines are divided into the following groups:

  • Machines for corner welding: used for packing separate products or their groups, they offer low or medium output;
  • Machines for welding transverse seams only: automatically form the group of products, cover it with the film, the conveyor transports the package through the hot-air tunnel, the film shrinks and closely encrusts the products.

This method is more economical as compared to packing into packages of corrugated cardboard. Transparent film ensures better marketable appearance of a product and allows inspecting the goods visually without destructing the package.

Advanced text recognition system Mark & Read will allow you to save time and costs by recognising low-quality print on a product.

The system, operating with a camera, checks the package batch number, time and use-by date just in several fractions of a second. If any required text is missing, incomplete or illegible, the system rejects the product automatically.

Equipment for packing in modified atmosphere

Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) is the best way to preserve the freshness of a product longer without sacrificing the attractiveness of the traditional package.

When packing in compliance with this system, the atmosphere around the product in the package is replaced. This enables to control chemical, ferment-type or microbiological reactions and reduce or completely stop the main product decomposition processes.

Thermal wax printers

New generation 5800 printers are produced using the Touch Dry Hot Melt technology. These printers can be used for large-scale and high resolution print. The print does not wear away or wash off and is environmentally friendly.

Printer characteristics:

  • HotMelt ink is used for printing on different surfaces,
  • printing speed of up to 182 m/min.,
  • convenient and easy to use touchscreen,
  • may be connected to ERP systems.
Fruit and vegetable weighting and packing equipment

These machines are used for packing all types of fruits and vegetables in mesh bags and marking them.

In the course of weighing and packing, the product is protected from damage. Package weights can vary from 0.5 kg to 10 kg.

Box sealing equipment

Boxes can be sealed in two ways:

  • in automated mode – the upper flaps of the box are folded down automatically, the machine adjusts itself to the box size and reliably seals/glues the box;
  • in semi-automated mode, where the operator folds down the flaps and pushes the box into the machine.
