Screen Printing

The screen printing method is distinguishing by possibility to apply very thick ink layer. The thick offset-printing ink is poured directly onto the template screen and pressed by means of rubber spatula. Ink passes the openings remaining in the screen in time of form production and is applied directly onto the printing material.

Such printing method is used very widely for production of business cards. Additionally, it is used rather widely for printing on textile labels or directly on packings (containers, lids, etc.). When printing the self-adhesive labels, this method is especially useful for printing on transparent materials where the opaque thick ink layer is required. Having printed white background colour, other colours printed on the such background will be much sharper.
