 Silastic seals — this is damping and sealing material used at high temperature and in other special operating conditions. According to customer’s needs, we are able to offer the compound of silicon and rubber with required mechanical properties, suitable for use at given temperature range and meeting other requirements, e.g., to be harmless for food products, inflammable or resistant to water vapour. The silastic can be delivered in form of bands of standard (rectangular, square, trapezoid) and customer-defined profiles, wound into rolls, or in form of sheets of 1.2 m width, wound into rolls of 10 or 20 m length. Adhesive silicone parts: - coating of the silicone part with adhesive acrylate-based film, helping in time of installation, or adhesive polysiloxane-based film, extending sticking time and resistant to high temperatures;
silicone foam stripes, coated with adhesive film on all sides; strong sticking to almost all surfaces; sheets, bands, strips, profiles and other surfaces can be made self-adhesive. Powerjoint silicone compounds: - by means of newly developed Powerjoint method, silicone parts can be jointed by vulcanization;
- O-rings, hoses, frames and other connecting parts can be produced by Powerjoint method;
minimal tensile strength of silicone compounds is equal to 2.5 MPa. MF — Siltec — MFS 200: - high-tech silicone foam of mixed elements for extreme use, optimal solution in critical situations of heat, acoustic and flame conditions;
MF-Siltec is inflammable (UL-94 VO, ATS 1000, FAR 25) and emits no toxic gases; thickness 1.5-25 mm; sheet size 1,200 x 10,000 mm; extraordinary insulation properties. K-value 0.058 W/mK; very good shape restoring properties; supplied with various coatings, e.g. self-adhesive, coating of optical glass-fibre, aluminium etc. Of course, we are able to offer products according to your specific orders.
