Contact us! Automated corking machines are suitable for cork/cap types most widely used. They can have a single head or many heads. The single-head machines are intended for: natural push-in corks. screwed aluminium caps, ROPP corks with internal throat. ‘mushroom’ and T-shape corks are fed in continuous flow. crimp covers with residual deformation. Productivity of machines forming thread in aluminium caps is up to 2500 bottles/h. The machines are easily adjusted to corks/caps of required type (it takes several simple operations only). Multi-head machines are intended: to put on caps; to screw on aluminium caps; for plastic, pre-threaded caps. The equipment complies with EC safety requirements.
